Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Reservations require a credit card, but other payment options are available at time of service for anything but Express services (Express Wash, Express Protect) because vehicle owner does not need to be in attendance for those services Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $20 fee Cancellations for services that require a deposit within 24 hours of service forfeit the deposit
